With eQwip.com you are getting the best value for your money. If you find an identical item within 14 days of your purchase, we will match the price by refunding the difference between the eQwip.com price and the competitor's price.*
When comparing prices, make sure you take into account the total delivered cost of an item. Some competitors may list lower product prices in their catalog but will increase shipping costs, sometimes doubling actual charges for a higher delivered cost. eQwip.com pledges to treat you honestly and fairly on total costs including shipping charges.
Shipping&Handling Charges
To better serve our customers, eQwip.com has implemented a discount structure for shipping and handling (S&H) charges on multiple item orders. The more you buy, the greater your S&H discount rate.
Here's how it work For single item orders, shipping charges are normally based on domestic UPS charges for the size/weight of a specific item and a handling fee. When an order has a quantity of 2 items (total of all items on an order) you qualify for an automatic 20% S&H discount; a quantity of 3 to 7 items - 33%; 8 items or greater- 50%! This shipping charge discount program also applies to Expedited and Express Air shipments. For volume orders with 10 or more items, we offer the option of requesting an emailed customized shipping and handling quotation for your particular order and shipping location. The customized quotes for these volume orders can save up to 50% or more off the already discounted shopping cart shipping and handling cost calculation. Customized quotations are normally emailed within 1- 2 hours of the request so no significant delay should occur in processing your order. The order will be held until you have a chance to review the customized quotation and email reply with authorization to process the order with the revised shipping and handling costs.
To review total shipping charges prior to a purchase, enter an item(s) into the eQwip.com shopping cart, adjust quantities if necessary, then proceed to checkout. Each items’ shipping charges for the three shipping options are listed separately. You can review the S&H costs including the applicable S&H discount prior to committing to a purchase so there is no obligation if you see something you don't like. For any unauthorized credit card charges due specifically from your credit card number being used inappropriately after you have made authorized purchases from eQwip.com, even though our procedures makes this virtually impossible, we will reimburse you the $50.00 deductible your credit card company charges you.*

Returned Merchandise Policy
If you wish to return a product for any reason we will do everything within our ability to make you happy. Occasionally, we and/or our suppliers may make an error. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. In the event of damaged or opened cartons, advise the driver of the delivery company and notify eQwip.com immediately so that we may begin processing your claim. Requests for return of defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be emailed to the offices of eQwip.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Before returning items for any reason, you MUST email a request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by an authorized eQwip.com employee. We cannot accept returns without an RGA number. Merchandise must be returned in the item's original box.
All merchandise returns must be shipped by UPS or a prearranged carrier authorized by eQwip.com. We will advise you by return email of the address to send the merchandise. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend insuring the product(s) for their full value.
Returned merchandise must be received by eQwip.com within 21 days of merchandis receipt. Collect shipments will be not be accepted. A replacement product will be shipped or credit issued. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items unless they were shipped incorrectly or, after inspection by eQwip.com, found to be defective due to faulty material and/or workmanship. Merchandise returned more than 90 days from the original transaction date cannot be accepted for cash credit. Returns of large items that must be shipped by truck will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Special order items can not be accepted for return. Please allow 10 - 14 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise by eQwip.com for processing of the return and issuing applicable credit.
**In accordance with the increased online security requirements required by the credit card processing companies, eQwip.com can no longer retain complete credit card information after an online order is processed. In order to issue credit to your card account, the complete credit card number, expiration date and security code on your card will be need to be provided with the returned merchandise. (Do not email this information) Without this information eQwip.com will be unable to provide credit.**

This price guarantee applies to identical products only, and applies only to prices that can be verified by a faxed or e-mailed copy of a register receipt, current dated advertisement, competitor's web or catalog page. The copy must include the manufacturer's model number and the availability of the product. A verbal or written price quote, a price ticket from a store, or any material without dates is not acceptable. eQwip.com is not obligated to match the price on items which are not currently in stock by the competitor, or the price of wholesalers, re-sellers, or manufacturers selling directly to the public. This price guarantee does not apply to: competitor's prices after manufacturer's rebates (unless eQwip.com is offering the same rebate at the same time), close-outs, discontinued or clearance items, floor samples, one-of-a-kind or limited quantity items, rebates, refurbished goods with the same part number, bonus or special offers, membership-club pricing, price-club pricing or typographical errors. Shipping and handling charges will be included when comparing competitors' prices. eQwip.com reserves the right to limit quantities. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change without notice.
